Don't book if you want your time to be respected. I booked ahead for 1pm. There were 3/4 people ahead of me with 2 staff on. I was not seen till 2pm. I saw multiple people leave out of pure frustration. One elderly lady, who probably made a lot of effort to get there, left at 2 after making a 1pm booking for her brows. At no time was there any apology given for delays. Advice to the manager - stop biting off more than you can chew by overbooking yourself. Charge more per booking instead.

The place was overbooked waited an hour for my appointment and didn’t get my eyebrows done as they where to busy. Won’t be going back
