Booked my appointment for 5pm and was left sitting for an hour and 10 minutes, the place was absolutely jammed and they only had 3 staff on. Not once was it mentioned or an apology in place, won’t be back.

The first girl who started my nails was not as friendly but Tony took over and did amazing and was more welcoming

cut all my skin around my nails when removing. Barely soaked my nails. There very brittle now
