Staff very nice but only 3 staff working and 8 customers. I there for 1 hour 15 mins for a 30 minute treatment. Left waiting for too long. Too many customers in at the same time.

Really disappointed with my most recent visit here. Booked my Mam and I in Mam for a manicure and I was having both manicure and spa pedicure. My Mam had her nails fully done before I was called. The salon was far too busy and kept taking walk ins although they were clearly over booked. No soap in the dispenser when told to wash my hands. My Mam went to wait in the car as did not feel comfortable with so many people. Very disappointing I will not be returning again.
