Perfect nails great atmosphere

They made it difficult choosing the polish for my nails (due to lack of english) so I just gave up and did something simple. I prepaid and when I was getting ready to leave she said it would be 27 euro extra!!! They only accept cash so I went to an ATM and when I came back asked her to break the price down, then she said its only 9 euro extra "the calculator was wrong" she painted my toes with shellac even tho I said normal polish. She was very rude rolling her eyes the whole time.

I booked in for removal of acrylics and a new set. When the therapist was taking off my old set bits were flying everywhere, even over to the girl beside me. There was no protective shield. I’ve never seen this when getting acrylics off before. The new set were lovely, very thin and lasted a good 3/4 weeks before any real chips. I took them off at home because I didn’t fancy going back for removal and they were surprisingly easy to remove and didn’t damage my nails. The selection of nail colours were good too and the price was reasonable. When I was leaving my appointment I went to use the toilet but one of the other nail techs was in there, he didn’t lock the door so I walked in on him! He didn’t apologise when he came out and even better, he didn’t flush the toilet! This makes me think about how clean the place is and I would have come back if it wasn’t for this. He could have at least shown some acknowledgement that it’s not okay to not lock the door on a public toilet in a salon with mainly women in it, including teenage girls…it just left a bad impression so unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back even though I really liked my nails!
