Vera is very professional, clearly explains what the process is. in my case with many grey hairs she is monitoring that the process is effective, and will advise to discontinue if it's not working adequately.

This was my first laser procedure to remove unwanted hair. Service at the highest level. I saw the result two weeks after the procedure, unwanted hair was reduced by half.
