I was truly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of everyone at the clinic. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with kindness and care — from the front desk all the way through to the treatment with Amanda, who was incredibly gentle and attentive. I had my laser hair removal appointment at VL Laser with Vera and it was a great experience from start to finish. Vera is incredibly professional and made me feel at ease right away. She explained each step clearly and was very attentive throughout the session. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. I already see a difference after just one treatment!
