I had never done laser hair removal before so I was apprehensive going into the salon for the first time, but Vera was an absolute star, made me feel really comfortable, she explained in details how it worked and what to expect, and how to get best results. I had 2 sessions so far and I’m surprised and over the moon with the results I’ve got, I regret not getting it done sooner. 100/10
