Excellent, professional service. Would highly recommend Waxing by Nivia to anyone. Very reasonable prices too, probably the best in Dublin.

The treatment was overall ok, but I had to wait for an hour as me and another girl had the appointment at the same time and before us there were other two girls. Things like that can obviously happen, but apparently it happens very often, I don't think it's respectful towards clients. They are called "appointments" for a reason, so nobody wastes time and gets frustrated. Also, I booked a bikini wax, but for some reason she just assumed that I wanted a Hollywood, and when I realized what she was doing it was too late (and painful).

The waxing process is good. However, Every time I book here I never received the treatment on time either 15 to 20 mins late or apparently my booking does not exist and she has to fit me in which I ended up waiting for 30 minutes at the lounge. I think the booking should have been handled better.
