Two months ago, I booked a Bikini + Underarms wax package. Recently, when I visited the salon, I clearly explained to the therapist that I only wanted a Bikini wax this time, because I had already had my underarms done elsewhere. She agreed and provided only the Bikini wax service.
However, she still charged me for both Bikini and Underarms (€52) by keeping the original package in the booking system. This means I paid for a service I did not receive.
