Luann did a good job with the colour and blow dry even though they did not have the colour 7.3 in stock The staff were all standing over me at the basin and shouting loudly which was very uncomfortable - Ambience was off as travellers women were also coming in and out and shouting very loudly as well to the staff / all very strange .
