Girl cut my nail, despite me saying I wanted to keep length of my BIAB twice, so I had to put on a false tip, leaving my natural nails uneven
Used product that was running out so the design is dull. The other nail tech told me to buy nail glue for the false tip as it could come off, even though I am paying for lasting nails. Charged for design, which was fine, but tried charging for acrylic removal too, even though I didn’t come in with them. Couldn’t explain all the extra cost, disappointed
