Terrible experience. The stylist was rough, dismissive, and visibly irritated when I asked for a simple fix. He was rude, hostile, and grumbled at me in a language I didn’t understand. I left with uneven, frizzy hair and felt deeply uncomfortable and shaken. If you’re a visible minority, be cautious — the way I was treated felt anything but respectful, and it went far beyond a stylist just having an off day.
