Terrible experience. 5 different people handled my hair with no clear ownership. My toner was applied incorrectly by a nail technician, not a hair colourist, and had to be redone twice! I even had to blend my own roots. The final colour is ashy/cool despite clearly showing and requesting beige/chestnut brunette. Washing/brushing was painfully rough and brushes contained other clients’ hair. A 2.5hr treatment took 5hrs. Many more issues, but Treatwell limits reviews to 500 characters.
