Asked for a boho wave to be done, Tom pulled my hair completely off my head and the waves were gone within the hour. The salon was very dirty, while washing my hair, my head was banged off the sink more than once. I brought 2 colleagues with me for blowdrys and both were very unhappy with the finish.
