Hair stylist wasn’t Tom, review is wrong , hair was dyed brown despite asking for blonde. I was happy with my experience and the skill and niceness of staff, aswell as efficiency, but given entirely wrong colour which I have had to just redo myself .

I appreciate that the staff are really busy and that there's a high turnover of services. Saying that, I got my nails done (shellac) on Wednesday evening and one of them was chipped by Friday afternoon. So that's pretty disappointing!
