I arrived on time for my 3 PM appointment but waited 35 minutes, only to be told the staff was eating. When they started, I mentioned I’d booked with Tom, but the manager said there was no Tom.
A girl who didn’t speak English was assigned to me. Despite showing her a picture, she ruined my waist-length hair, cutting it to my shoulders. I was in tears and left devastated.
The salon was messy, unhygienic, and unprofessional. This was my first and last visit, and the experience has left me heart💔

They don't have experience with curly hair, so when I was getting my hair washed, they came to tell me it would be much more expensive. This was not mentioned in the app. The price should be there.
