There is no point of booking with someone specific as they just give you who ever is available. The new person who did my eyebrows messed them up and made them too thin despite having instructed her not to. I’m comfortable with the therapist I usually get and deliberately book her but since they don’t honour that, it’s become too stressful to gamble with my brows and I will no longer be getting it done here :(
