Waited for more than 1 hour even though I have a reservation. Then other customers who came after me were treated already. The manager or whoever didn’t even apologise. It was really hard to communicate with them. My nails’ edge is very sharp and quality is bad. Very disappointed. I’ll never go this shop again.

It’s a good price for biab but the salon is always very busy and noticed a lot of walkins being accepted when people had booked appointments, seem to cause messiness with timing. Appreciate it’s a busy salon but staff could be more communicative
