Not happy atall , I showed a reference picture of what I wanted and what length I wanted , I got the opposite. Very rude people they speak a different language but you know they are talking about you , very rough I was cut on 3 different fingers . I had two lady’s not a word was spoken to me customer service a 1 out of 10 you are treated like a number not a customer a waste of my money and time. I stated I wasn’t happy during the service and nothing was done about it . The shape is horrible .

Genuinely loved my experience here, it was cash only but i only had card so couldn’t tip but next time i definitely will. The wash was so nice and relaxing and the hair cut i’m actually in awe at, i generally don’t like getting my hair cut as no one seems to get it right or style it correctly and i go home and redo it, but i loved it the second i saw it done and didn’t have to do anything at home. Kevin did an excellent job. I will be returning.
