It is a lovely place with good staff. I have been before to get my hair done, i went to get my nails done by appointment recently. The appointment was at 13.15 but the girl did not start it until 13.42. The fire alarm went off for more than 15 mins before someone turned it off. It was very loud and gave me a headache. The girl doing my nails seemed very young and did not do my pinkie toe until i asked her because my nails were too small. I felt her digging her nails into my toes
