All though it said that my stylist would be Kevin, who I usually get my hair cut with, I was assigned a different stylist. All though her work results were amazing, she curled my hair, which was a service I did not ask for, as I told her to dry my hair while respecting my natural waves. She did not explain the curling was not part of that. She then proceeded to charge me an extra 5 euros for this service (I had paid 32 for my corresponding long hair curt wash and blow out).
