The place is very dirty and you can see mold everywhere. There’s no ventilation and the smell inside is very strong. I just needed to cut my hair very short and straight and the result lacks quality, it’s uneven and for some reason the internal layers are shorter than the rest of the hair. It’s cheap and the girl who cut my hair is lovely and respectful, but I’m afraid it isn’t worthy

appt 40min late. colour left on for 1hr 20m. had to ask for colour to be washed out, scalp was burning. while drying hair vaseline got in my hair. they washed front again. didnt work. got home hair destroyed in vaseline had to wash my own hair again
