Stylist used straightener to curl the hair rather than curly blow dry, so unfortunately the curls fell out very quickly

I have been coming to the salon for 4 years and always had good experience with the girls doing the nails. Today however, the girl I have never seen before was extremely rude, not precise and had zero customer/communication skills. Please investigate
