I have been coming to the salon for 4 years and always had good experience with the girls doing the nails. Today however, the girl I have never seen before was extremely rude, not precise and had zero customer/communication skills. Please investigate

I had a digital perm done and they were really good at making recommendations for curl size based on my hair type. It is a perm though so it takes time, you gotta be patient but the staff made me comfortable in the time I spent there!
