I've been doing my nails with Sue for a while now and she's always great! However, they are always running late. I'm always on time for my appointment and then I have to wait for at least 20 mins. Every time is the same. I'm very happy with my nails as she does a great work but during my last visit, Sue had a visitor, Im not sure if it was her son or partner but he sat next to her and started cleaning his own nails with all the tools they have for customers use. That's concerns about hygiene
