I don't know who I had but she was very bad.
The service lasts 1h and my nails were done in 35 minutes. They were badly done! My nails are not all the same length or shape.
She didn't even remove the cuticles!
I come here often but this time was bad!

I am extremely disappointed with the service or lack there of. I had an appointment booked for 7.30 but when I arrived there was no stylist there to do my hair. I have an event tonight which is why I booked this appointment so I am extremely angry

I had an appointment for 3:20pm for classic lashes and lash removal. Kelly set up my removal at 3:30pm and left me sitting until 4:00pm. When she came back to finish the removal, I asked her the time because I couldn’t check my phone and she said 4:00pm..Then she rushed through my set and finished by 4:30. Glue was all over my eyelashes and inside my eyes. My eyes were bright red for two days and all of my lashes fell out within 3 days. AVOID!!
