Over booked and not enough staff or basins chairs etc. Staff were very friendly! and nice and chatty but it was way overbooked and all over the place. Was there 4hrs 30 mins for my app and people were there longer. The potential to be much better

I had originally booked with Lin but someone else arrived at the same time. My acrylics here are usually perfect, but when I got home I noticed that they are very thick compared to usual. They weren’t shaved down enough. There’s also thick dried acrylic under my nails that keep getting stuck on things. The colour is great.
