Probably the worst experience I had at a hairdressers, they needed to blow dry my hair to make it easier to cut and never put any heat protector on. They then used what looked like water to spray on my hair before straightening it. I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t sure if it was water or not but there was no smell and had no colour so I’m pretty sure it was water. The cut wasn’t even at all, had to point this out even though it was painfully obvious. Would not go here again.
