No hot water in the hairdressed for the wash. They offered a curl at the end but did not mention it would cost more. Staff pretending they dont speak English. Not a transparent service and will not be returning. Curl was a bad job too.

I had previously gone for toner, cut & blow dry in December. But 3 months later, v bad experience with the manager, Tom. He was persistent that I needed a full permanent colour, even though that’s not what I wanted & showed him the photos from my last visit. He changed the price from my prepaid €57 (for long hair), to €75 then he changed his mind again and said €85? After back an forth I refused to accept full dye, so they said they would do toner. After cut, he charged me extra €18
