I asked for Kelly but got Ivy instead. Ivy was very rough especially when removing the nail extensions and left my nail bed and the skin by my nails bleeding. The gel extensions were also poor quality as it looked like I got my nails done for over a week she did not fully cover my nails with the polish. Ivy was also rushing doing my nails and did not paint the tip of my nails properly and is only visible on the other hand. Overall I expected better service and quality of nails for the price.
