Kelly did my eyebrow waxing. She was quick and great. The waxing room can be improved re: ambiance & cleanliness but it wasn't bad Tom did my hair treatment & haircut. The hair treatment was good and it made my damaged hair softer but no change in shine and frizz control. The haircut however was fantastic. Tom seems very experienced and followed my haircut inspiration very well. I got the face framing layers & fringe that I wanted. I will definitely go back to Tom for my next cut.
