I spent 5 hours in the salon, enough time to see that everyone who works there is LOVELY and really committed to doing a great job! I feel bad only giving 3 stars as Tom was really thoughtful and careful in the process. Unfortunately the perm didn't turn out as i had asked for... the curls were far too small and tight, i wanted fuller looser curls. I left conditioner over night which relaxed it a bit and overall the result is ok. I would go back again but i would ask for the biggest rollers!

Simona was so kind and is clearly an expert at her job! She chatted to me about what cut I wanted and talked me through products I could use and techniques I could try. She even curled my hair when I told her I had an event that evening - such a lovely person! The overall atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, would definitely return.

My appointment was 10 am and 2 pm still I had balayage on my hair then after I had to go somewhere an he told it need to stay more 1 hour but couldn't. He left me wet hair. I did balayage in my country and they finish everything in 4- 5 hours. Then after I return back and he put toner.Other problem I showed picture i said don't want to do root but I thought he was going to paint between my hair but he painted everywhere except root. So, my hair is growing like half black half blonde.!
