Worst experience ever. I was there for 5 hours on a Friday night until 10:30 pm (!) and at the end she told me she messed up the back and I had to go back in a week to fix it. I was upset and not happy with the front either but I only saw what was on my head in the morning. I woke up looking like Christina Aguilera in 2003 when I asked for no highlights on top. I went to ask for a refund because I was embarrassed to walk around with this hair. I was denied a refund and had to dispute on the app

I had an appointment at 6:50 pm on Saturday. When I came it was full and it was clear that my turn will come with delay. I was offered a stool and I was waiting 20 min when they were about to offer another guy that came later a haircut. I had to intervene and say that it was my turn.
This time I was not so pleased.
