I really like my colour. Kevin was very friendly and made sure I liked my hair before finishing up. I will be back for the other services.

I booked a balayage, cut, wash & blow. It was scheduled for 2.5 hours, but it took 7 hours instead and was not communicated to me. The salon was clearly overbooked with each employee handling 2-3 clients simultaneously. I was hungry and thirsty, and got water after 6 hours when I complained
Although I am very happy with the result - it was not the colour I planned to have. Tom only communicated 4 hours into the process that I wouldn't get the colour I wanted, so I had no choice really.
