Missed patches - which stylist clearly seen as hair was checked several times by two members of staff and said nothing to me.. but spoke about it between themselves. My natural hair colour is about 2 shades lighter, so it is noticeable. I didn’t initially notice as dim lighting in salon and a lot of colour around my scalp was hard to see especially as colour that is patchy around the crown of head. Like these things happen, but I think it’s bad form to say nothing and not even offer to re-do that area. No complaints with hair cut or blow dry

This was my first perm and I was really nervous, but Tom knew what he was doing and I love the result!! The whole team were very friendly too. I will definitely rebook here

Booked in for permanent waves with Tom. Showed 3 reference photographs of what I wanted. Treatment was good and salon well equipped for Covid19. But, the end result was nothing like I asked for. 4 hours of treatment time. very disappointed. I will have to go else where to get it fixed.
