20 minutes late start, dirty wash station I had to ask to wipe down before I sat. I asked for 3 things - cut the ends, don’t give me a bob and get the dry ends off. I left with a bob. I pointed out some more dry ends, Tom said they were ok and did not cut them (not ok). Tom acted as a receptionist throug my appointment, he was on his phone whilst drying my hair (completely missing my hair). He left me about 4 times to sit new customers. Kept looking at others work rather than paying attention.
