My nails were really nice, I loved the shape and colour but the artist was just a little rough with my cuticles and I have slight bleeding after.

I spent 5 hours in the salon, enough time to see that everyone who works there is LOVELY and really committed to doing a great job! I feel bad only giving 3 stars as Tom was really thoughtful and careful in the process. Unfortunately the perm didn't turn out as i had asked for... the curls were far too small and tight, i wanted fuller looser curls. I left conditioner over night which relaxed it a bit and overall the result is ok. I would go back again but i would ask for the biggest rollers!
