Shop was 15 mins late opening, booked in for 10am but haircut didn't start until 10.20am. Woman who cut my hair did a good job but it wasn't exactly what I wanted as there was a language barrier and she was very rough with my hair, my neck was sore after. Wasn't cut by person I booked in with.
