Didn't feel very comfortable with the sanitation of the place, I'm not sure the tools were sanitised and the paper towels on the table were not replaced (which I think is a bare minimum). Some of my acrylics had to be removed and the girl did that by pulling the tip and that definitely damaged my nails. My acrylics are nice and Kelly was very meticulous however it was an uncomfortable and even painful process so sadly I won't be going back.

The colour of my balayage just faded after I washed my hair, it just lasted for a week, I couldn't believe it!!! I am extremely disappointed!!!
