I had a haircut done by Simona, and she did a great job. I hadn't had a haircut in a long while, and I went in looking for a short cut, but Simona suggested trying out a slightly longer cut for my curly hair (of course saying that she would shorten it if I wanted), but I was really glad that she suggested it. It looks really lovely and cute, and was exactly the sort of refreshment to my image I really needed. She also gave some great advice for caring for my hair. Will be coming back!!

First time client and will 100% be back! Simona was wonderful; before starting she asked for a few examples and what I liked about each so I would be happy with the result. She didn't rush into it - I've been to places where the stylist just wants to get things done quickly to start with the next client, not the case here. I cannot explain how happy I am with the colour! Wish I knew about and switched to this salon sooner. Whole staff seems lovely, will need to get my nails done next. Thank you

I’ve been telling all my friends about Youmei, I went in with multi toned bleached hair and Simona took the time to re-bleach with low vol so as to protect my already damaged hair and she and her collegue concocted a permanent colour, using different shades that would allow me to keep light blonde (where most stylists probably would have told me I’d have to go dark) I’ve been getting compliments all week, it’s the most beautiful colour!! Simona was also lovely- this place is a hidden GEM ❤️
