No ventilation-air was grey from all the product grom hairdressers. 30min delay, no info about it after I arrived. Nothing was "deluxe" about that pedicure. the heel file felt disgusting, like it had slimy dead skin from previous people

They change the price at the very end when it’s time to pay… it seems like a scam cause on the app it was 5€ when it’s time to pay it’s double… I got shellac done and it supposed to be a really thing layer but it doesn’t feel like that even my nails aren’t filed properly

I went for shellac removal and new shellac nails I alr had shellac done and on the app it said it’s only 5€ for removing shellac… they remove it and did my shellac and I’m told that the removal was 10€ not 5€ and when I was like why? They told me that what I had before was biab which isn’t true cause I know what I had before … it wasn’t biab it was just gel polish which was really thin to remove and this is the second time I have been there and they seem to always increase the price at the end
