had a wash cut blow dry 2 weeks ago and was so impressed I booked in for a wash blow dry, extremely happy, I have frizzy hair and he had it poker straight
no waiting around

The service was really poor, my hairdresser spent the entirety of the service working between myself and two other clients. All on top of the fact that my appointment didn’t actually begin 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
I spent majority of the appointment waiting around to be attended to mid process of the hair colour, and little to no apology or explanation was given.
The colour that was shown to me for my hair colouring, didn’t actually turn out to be that.
