Technician watched a live stream on mobile throughout whole manicure, stopping manicure to focus on the stream. Felt service was rushed and bare minimum done, gaps between cuticle and polish.

Booked with requested therapist and ? manager and other therapist lied and pretended to be the requested therapist. Pretended not to understand after conversing in English. Can definitely improve on hygiene.
