I am Louise and welcome to Inner Harmony Wellness Clinic.I offer massage- Shiatsu based therapy, while also specialising in women's health, migraine support and stress related conditions

My shiatsu massage practice is grounded in feminine healing energy, offering a gentle yet powerful space for the body to soften, rebalance and heal naturally, leaving lighter, not just relaxed. Sessions are informed by my background in Shiatsu, holistic nutrition and whole foods education.

I am also founder of 'The Migraine Reset Program' support to reduce frequency and intensity of migraines by restoring energetic, digestive and dietary balance, using Shiatsu massage, lifestyle and dietary guidance.

I trained in Shiatsu massage at 'The International Macrobiotic School' Devon, UK and hold a professional Shiatsu Massage Diploma. I am a Holistic Nutritional Therapist and a trained wholefoods chef. With a passion for wellness and a commitment to customer satisfaction, I ensure that every client feels cared for and leaves feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
