I’m Octav, massage and neuromuscular therapist focused on helping people reconnect with their bodies, move better, and feel more at ease I work with real people in real jobs, desk-based professionals, chefs, tradespeople, drivers, carers, gym-goers, to calm stubborn tension, reduce pain and help you move with confidence.
This is not a generic “full body massage.” Each session is targeted treatment for what’s actually bothering you, such as:
