Welcome! My name is Daniela Faria, and I am a professional with over 15 years of experience working with the body as a personal trainer.
Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of movement, muscle function, flexibility, and body mechanics. Now, I am expanding my expertise into massage therapy, combining my background with therapeutic techniques to provide more complete care.
My approach focuses on relieving tension, supporting muscle recovery, improving mobility, and promoting overall well-being through personalised sessions.
I believe that a balanced and functional body is key to a healthier life, and my goal is to help you feel better, move better, and recover better.
