We love Halloween. Horror movie marathons, pumpkin carving, and crazy parties? Count us in. Honestly, though, the real star of spooky season (and all we’ve been thinking about for the past few weeks) is the perfect Halloween *look* – which of course isn’t complete without the perfect makeup, hair, and nails.
