Great and professional experience. However, I was not informed in advance that my chosen therapist was not going to be doing my nails and i should have been notified and given other options of times with her or other therapists instead of not informing me at all because what is the point of choosing a therapist if she wasn’t there.

The pedicure was pleasant and the nail polish turned out amazing. Nataly was super sweet and kind throughout the treatment. However, the callus work was not performed as expected based on the Camillen pedicure description. As someone who runs frequently and deals with calluses and blisters, this part of the treatment is really important for me — and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my needs. For this reason, I wouldn’t return for the pedicure service.
