They can improve customer care for sure. I didn't feel really considered, they even offered coffee to everyone except myself. Overall, my hairdresser was nice and the haircut is fine.

Ana gave me the exact facial I was used to. My skin felt so soft the next day. She is very polite and professional. I am definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

Jana was amazing. Really easy to treat with her and I was very happy with the result. I needed a change as I had quite long hair and she managed to shape the look in a really good way, not too drastically which was my fear.
I will definitely come back again to try out new and more sophisticated haircuts! 💇♂️
