I booked this salon based on good reviews. While the stylists were friendly, my experience was let down by poor communication and customer service at reception. I was overcharged on my first visit, with a treatment added without my knowledge. I returned using €150 in gift vouchers hoping for a better experience, but again received no clear pricing and left feeling stressed and upset.
